Right when you enter the main building (there are three buildings, the other two are called the Manor and the Mansion.) they have pastries out for sale! Sneaky marketing, of course I want to be welcomed by some delicious pastries.
As Buzz spoke with the very nice and professional ladies at the Check In desk, I did more important things. Like taking pictures of these peanut butter Dog Biscuits that they had on the counter.
Then I looked around the main room and there was more pastry stuff around the entrance. I found this cookie mix and I thought it was cute.
And this cake!
When Buzz got our card, we went up to our room, 312!

Our fireplace, no it wasn't real but it was nice.
We even had a Keurig machine (fancy in my book) and this cute desk area. Because you know, we were totally planning to do work and write papers while we were at a resort.

With our TV. I really liked the bright walls in our room. It was very neat and the maids who came every morning did a great job cleaning up our mess.

We dropped off our bags and we to grab food! They have two restaurants there: The Tavern, and Amuse. The Tavern was more casual and had a bar so we went there first.
Buzz was very handsome.
I asked for my usually "fruity, preferably pink" drink and I got this. Forgot what it was called but it was pretty good. Buzz got some root beer drink.
We weren't very hungry so we just ordered a little snack. Nachos with chorizo, it was amazingly good! This is when it really dawned on us that everything was going to be delicious. The nachos were very greasy too though.
After that, we walked up the road of the resort to Rite Aid, I got a pink Vitamin Water. I thought it was cute.
On the way back to the resort, the sky looked like this.
When we got back we checked out the pool.
After hanging out in the hot tub and being too much of a baby to go into the pool, we went back to our room to relax and get ready for dinner.
We went back to the Tavern to eat dinner, there was this pictures of sheep I thought was cute.
More drink, this time I got a strawberry mojito. Delicious! It ended up being my main drink for the weekend.
And Buzz was a cutie.
We started with some cheese fries things that were good, but I didn't eat too much of this.
Because I was too busy eating this crab dip bread bowl thing!

After that our entrees came out, I got spaghetti squash with a walnut sauce, but only ate a few bites because I ate too much of the crab bowl. x.x
Buzz got fish and chips like he always does, he also was really full.
After that we waddled up to our room and passed out in food induced comas.
