Cute and Kawaii Clothing Brands (That I Wish I Could Afford)

I've gotten a LOT of readers on my cute iPhone Apps post, so I thought I'd continue my Cute and Kawaii Train.  Now I thought I'd share my favorite cute fashion.  A lot of my favorite fashion is gyaru, and for those of you who aren't crazy about Japan, gyaru means "gal" and basically it's just a cute clothing style.  It looks like this:

This is Tsubasa Masuwaka.  She is pretty famous in the gyaru scene and even has her own make up brand called Candy Doll.  She has a brand for fake eyelashes too and it's called Dolly Wink.  How cute.  The only problem is, I'm white and white girls can't do gyaru makeup.  It doesn't look right at all.

I tried to be fair and find pictures of white girls that aren't ugly to begin with.  These are pretty girls with awful makeup.  It just doesn't look right on Caucasians.  So I try not to over do it on the eye make up.  My makeup isn't gyaru style but still pretty cute right??

I've also found this amber eye shadow I really like.  I don't usually where eye shadow but I think this color looks great with my red hair.

When it comes to clothes I mentioned last summer that I was trying to be more fashionable... then winter came around and I didn't care anymore.  It's getting warmer now and so this is my first new outfit of the spring.

The outfit is just from Urban Outfitters, but if I had it my way I would shop at way cuter stores!!  For example, the most obvious cute/kawaii/gyaru/expensive (unfortunately) clothing line there is.

Liz Lisa:

I LOVE Liz Lisa.  Everything by her looks like it is made for a princess.  The only problem is everything is about $70-$100 and $50 is considered a sale.

ViVi:

ViVi is actually a magazine over in Japan and they have clothes too.  I'm not exactly sure but it seems ViVi also shows a lot of other brands clothing too.  I can't read Japanese so bear with me here.

Forever New:

Taking a break from Japan for a second, Forever New is in Australia and I am so jealous we don't have them here.  Worst part, they don't ship to America.

Dream V:

Back to Japan, I adore the heart heels.

H & M:

H & M is from Sweden (I looked that up, who new?  I figured it was a British company).  The style is different, monochromatic and more modern but there is still some definitely cute clothes.  My favorite part is their prices are reasonable and I actually can afford this brand!  My favorite thing I've gotten from them is this dress I wore last summer.

Peter Alexander:

Peter Alexander is an Australian brand that does only sleepwear.  It's just about the cutest sleep wear ever.

Imyourpresent:

This is a shop on Etsy that has homemade clothing and jewelry   The rabbit earrings are what I want the most from this shop.  :)

Thunder's First Birthday!!!

So I am going to be retroactive and post about things that happened a while ago that I never blogged about because I am busy/lazy.  So, my cat turned 1 years old on April 4th!!!

We threw him a party and the rabbits were his guests.

(If you notice there is actually a beer on the table.  The Kitty/Bunny Daddy and me were also celebrating.)

We even went so far as to bring Blizzard's box with his ashes in it on the ground for Thunder to see.

The rabbits got a crap load of greens

While Thunder got a can of the most expensive cat food they had at the Co-Op.

We also got him this red mouse toy.  It might not look like much but it was $8!!!  So overpriced but made from all recycled materials and the only good cat toy they sold at the Co-Op lol

We made Thunder these Cat Cookies.  Unfortunately he did not like them but it you wanna try to make one for your cat, I got the recipe here:

The last crazy cat mom thing I did was put up dinosaur decorations for Thunder.  With matching plates.

Happy Birthday Captain Thunder Cuddles Kenobi!  You can't actually read or use a computer, but I know you'd appreciate it.
